Shirley Metzler Videos
Shirley Metzler was one of the first musicians I met when I began to play the banjo, in 2006.
She was a wonderful lady, but her health had been failing, and the last videos I have of her are from 2010. She is not at her best in the 2010 recordings, but they will give you an inkling as to how great she once was.
Shirley passed away at the age of 91 in November, 2016.
